CRLF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRLF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRLF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-58P, RNA5SP394, and RNU6-1084P. Each is linked with CRLF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRLF1-to-partner and partner-to-CRLF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-58P grouped by CRLF1-low versus CRLF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRLF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRLF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
