CRLF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRLF1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRLF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Platelets, CMP, and Macrophages. Each is linked with CRLF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRLF1-to-partner and partner-to-CRLF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Platelets grouped by CRLF1-low versus CRLF1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRLF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRLF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
