CRK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P27, POLR2KP2, and NFILZ. Each is linked with CRK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRK-to-partner and partner-to-CRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P27 grouped by CRK-low versus CRK-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
