CRK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,770 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, SMYD4, and TSR1. Each is linked with CRK in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRK-to-partner and partner-to-CRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRK versus GLOD4 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
