CRISPLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISPLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,630 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISPLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-197P, RN7SKP60, and MIR8053. Each is linked with CRISPLD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISPLD2-to-partner and partner-to-CRISPLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-197P grouped by CRISPLD2-low versus CRISPLD2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISPLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISPLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
