CRISPLD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRISPLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,177 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISPLD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1, BDH2, and SH3BP4. Each is linked with CRISPLD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISPLD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRISPLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRISPLD1 versus PHLDB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRISPLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRISPLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
