Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRISPLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,948 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRISPLD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular respiration, Aerobic respiration, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with CRISPLD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISPLD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRISPLD1 results are reported.
