Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRISP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 447 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRISP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway, and Regulation of cellular response to vascular endothelial growth factor stimulus. Each is linked with CRISP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRISP2-to-partner and partner-to-CRISP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of macroautophagy grouped by CRISP2-low versus CRISP2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
