Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRIPT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRIPT data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CRIPT Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRIPT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and ESCA are the cancer types where CRIPT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
