CRIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR516B2, IFIT1P1, and IMP3P2. Each is linked with CRIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR516B2 grouped by CRIP3-low versus CRIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
