Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PCNA, and TFRC. Each is linked with CRIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-CRIP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CRIP3-low versus CRIP3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
