Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRIP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CRIP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and STAD are the cancer types where CRIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
