CRIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDLRAD4, CAB39L, and MGP. Each is linked with CRIP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-CRIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRIP2 versus LDLRAD4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
