CRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,776 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRIP2, CYBA, and TEDC1. Each is linked with CRIP1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
