CRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,293 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAXX, TIMM50, and RBM28. Each is linked with CRIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
