CRIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,959 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD2, CDCA2, and TAF13. Each is linked with CRIM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIM1-to-partner and partner-to-CRIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD2 grouped by CRIM1-low versus CRIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
