CRIM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,112 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEZ2, AXL, and CCN1. Each is linked with CRIM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIM1-to-partner and partner-to-CRIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRIM1 versus FEZ2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
