CRIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC182, OR9Q2, and PSG7. Each is linked with CRIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIM1-to-partner and partner-to-CRIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC182 grouped by CRIM1-low versus CRIM1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
