CRHR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRHR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATL3, ZDHHC5_S636, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with CRHR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRHR2 versus ATL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
