Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRHR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,503 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR2, BCL2A1, and TMSB10. Each is linked with CRHR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRHR2 versus FPR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
