Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Rb_pS807_S811. Each is linked with CRHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR2 results are reported.
