Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,116 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRHR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with CRHR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR2 results are reported.
