CRHR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRHR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRHR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL43P, PRIM1, and MIR6846. Each is linked with CRHR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRHR1-to-partner and partner-to-CRHR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL43P grouped by CRHR1-low versus CRHR1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRHR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRHR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
