CRELD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRELD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,177 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRELD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGAP3, COPG1, and PRRC1. Each is linked with CRELD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRELD2-to-partner and partner-to-CRELD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRELD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRELD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
