CRELD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRELD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRELD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHA15, IGLV3-27, and IGHJ2. Each is linked with CRELD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRELD2-to-partner and partner-to-CRELD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRELD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRELD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
