CRELD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRELD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,530 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRELD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, ZNF608_S1453, and TTC39B. Each is linked with CRELD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRELD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRELD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRELD1 versus TOP2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRELD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRELD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
