CRELD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRELD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRELD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F2, KCNE4, and CDO1. Each is linked with CRELD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRELD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRELD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRELD1 versus E2F2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRELD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRELD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
