CRELD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRELD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRELD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with CRELD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRELD1-to-partner and partner-to-CRELD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CRELD1-low versus CRELD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRELD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRELD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
