Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YY1, DNTTIP1, and GAR1. Each is linked with CREG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREG2-to-partner and partner-to-CREG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREG2 versus YY1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
