CREG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSCB, ZMYND19, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with CREG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREG2-to-partner and partner-to-CREG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSCB grouped by CREG2-low versus CREG2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
