CREG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Rab25, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with CREG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREG1-to-partner and partner-to-CREG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by CREG1-low versus CREG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
