Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CREBZF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CREBZF data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CREBZF Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CREBZF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUSC, and PAAD are the cancer types where CREBZF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
