Across TCGA cell cohorts, CREBZF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREBZF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CREBZF in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBZF-to-partner and partner-to-CREBZF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by CREBZF-low versus CREBZF-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
