CREBBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREBBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREBBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, HAUS1, and BUB3. Each is linked with CREBBP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBBP-to-partner and partner-to-CREBBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS2 grouped by CREBBP-low versus CREBBP-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
