Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREBBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREBBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CREBBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBBP-to-partner and partner-to-CREBBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CREBBP-low versus CREBBP-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
