Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,222 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREB5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B, CCN1, and MRPL11. Each is linked with CREB5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB5-to-partner and partner-to-CREB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREB5 versus MAP1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
