The most reproducible CREB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM126A, ZEB1, and TCF4. Each is linked with CREB5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB5-to-partner and partner-to-CREB5 results are reported.
