Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RITA1, RBFA, and EARS2. Each is linked with CREB5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB5-to-partner and partner-to-CREB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RITA1 grouped by CREB5-low versus CREB5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
