Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, A-Raf_pS299, and MSH2. Each is linked with CREB5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB5-to-partner and partner-to-CREB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CREB5-low versus CREB5-high in UCEC.
