Across TCGA cell cohorts, CREB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,904 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREB5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transport, Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors, and Regulation of T-helper 17 cell differentiation. Each is linked with CREB5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB5-to-partner and partner-to-CREB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Potassium ion transport grouped by CREB5-low versus CREB5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
