Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CREB3L4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CREB3L4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CREB3L4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CREB3L4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and BLCA are the cancer types where CREB3L4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
