CREB3L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CREB3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,237 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREB3L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN5, DAB2, and QSOX1. Each is linked with CREB3L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB3L1-to-partner and partner-to-CREB3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREB3L1 versus CAPN5 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
