CREB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, LCT, and RB1. Each is linked with CREB3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB3-to-partner and partner-to-CREB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by CREB3-low versus CREB3-high in SARC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
