Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,169 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS18, LRRC42, and RAB11FIP5. Each is linked with CREB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREB3-to-partner and partner-to-CREB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CREB3 versus VPS18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
