CRCT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRCT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRCT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-358P, RNA5SP411, and NMBR-AS1. Each is linked with CRCT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRCT1-to-partner and partner-to-CRCT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-358P grouped by CRCT1-low versus CRCT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
