Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRCP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRCP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CRCP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRCP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and BRCA are the cancer types where CRCP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
