CRCP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRCP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS2, TIMM8A, and AFG3L2. Each is linked with CRCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRCP-to-partner and partner-to-CRCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRCP versus DARS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
