CRCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5P3, OFD1P3Y, and LINC02520. Each is linked with CRCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRCP-to-partner and partner-to-CRCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5P3 grouped by CRCP-low versus CRCP-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
