CRB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMSAP3, KHSRP, and SH2D4A. Each is linked with CRB3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRB3 versus CAMSAP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
