Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,451 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENG, RECK, and TMEM255B. Each is linked with CRB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRB3 versus ENG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
